Paul Kruetzfeldt has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. Paul established Kruetzfeldt Construction Company, Inc, over 30 years ago. During that time, he built many high-end custom homes and commercial projects throughout California. Unlike many construction companies, Kruetzfeldt Construction Company has always developed the skills in-house to handle all aspects of their projects. Subsequently, its people have developed a very broad experience base.

When the opportunity to join the Solar Universe Network became available, Paul and son, Keith saw an ideal match. S.U.N’s enthusiasm, expertise, and commitment complemented their desire to be the North Bay’s premiere Solar Photovoltaic provider for residential homes, small commercial businesses, and agricultural operations.

Keith has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis. While at UCD, Keith assisted development of the Hybrid Electric Vehicles and worked closely with Dr Frank, one of the pioneers of the Plug-In Hybrid. After graduating, Keith supported the production of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), another green technology that has blossomed similar to solar. He is a former Engineering Manager with Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. While at Agilent, Keith led an organization within the Precision Machining Technology Center at Santa Rosa.

Keith moved to Santa Rosa in 2000 to raise his family, He is married and has two kids. Keith enjoys all that Santa Rosa has to offer- water skiing at Lake Sonoma, watching his son play baseball in Rincon Valley or family walks around the park at Spring Lake.

Irina has a Bachelor degree in Psychology and extensive administrative and office management experience. She joined Solar Universe Santa Rosa in early 2010 and was immediately impressed by the company’s business model, the dynamic father-son duo, their professionalism, integrity and commitment to providing high-quality product and exceptional customer service.

Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, Irina has been a resident of Sonoma County since 1999. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 children, power-walking with girlfriends through the hills of Spring Lake and Annadel, taking day-trips to the ocean (with Bodega Head being her favorite spot), and giving back to her community through volunteer work.
